1How exchange worksএক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া
- Please visit our shop with the device. Our team checks it on the spot and completes the exchange.
- If an exchange is arranged by courier, all delivery and return shipping charges for both devices are paid by the customer.
- ডিভাইস নিয়ে আমাদের শপে আসুন। আমাদের টিম সেখানেই যাচাই করে এক্সচেঞ্জ সম্পন্ন করবে।
- কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে এক্সচেঞ্জ হলে দুই ডিভাইসেরই ডেলিভারি ও রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন।
2Conditions for your old deviceপুরোনো ডিভাইসের শর্ত
- Fully working: display, battery, cameras, sensors and body free of major defects.
- The original box with matching IMEI is required.
- The exchange value is set by the Xeero team based on condition and current market demand.
- During brand trade-in campaigns, an extra 2% to 15% bonus may apply depending on model and condition.
- Apple devices: turn off "Find My" and remove your iCloud account before handover.
- ডিভাইস সম্পূর্ণ সচল থাকতে হবে: ডিসপ্লে, ব্যাটারি, ক্যামেরা, সেন্সর ও বডিতে বড় কোনো ত্রুটি থাকবে না।
- IMEI মিলে এমন আসল বক্স থাকা আবশ্যক।
- ডিভাইসের কন্ডিশন ও বাজার চাহিদা দেখে Xeero টিম এক্সচেঞ্জ মূল্য নির্ধারণ করবে।
- ব্র্যান্ড ট্রেড-ইন ক্যাম্পেইনে মডেল ও কন্ডিশন অনুযায়ী অতিরিক্ত ২% থেকে ১৫% বোনাস প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
- অ্যাপল ডিভাইস: হস্তান্তরের আগে "Find My" বন্ধ করুন এবং iCloud অ্যাকাউন্ট সরিয়ে ফেলুন।
3Exchange within 30 days of buying from XeeroXeero থেকে কেনার ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জ
To exchange a product bought from Xeero within 30 days of the invoice date:
- Official products: 30% of the invoice value is deducted.
- Imported / global products: 20% of the invoice value is deducted.
The device must be fresh, without new dents, scratches or unauthorised repairs.
ইনভয়েসের তারিখ থেকে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে Xeero থেকে কেনা পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চাইলে:
- অফিশিয়াল পণ্য: ইনভয়েস মূল্যের ৩০% কর্তন।
- ইমপোর্টেড / গ্লোবাল পণ্য: ইনভয়েস মূল্যের ২০% কর্তন।
ডিভাইস ফ্রেশ থাকতে হবে — নতুন ডেন্ট, স্ক্র্যাচ বা অননুমোদিত মেরামত থাকা যাবে না।
