1How refunds workরিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
- When an order is cancelled or a product is returned, our team reviews it and tells you whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are always sent back to the same payment method you used.
- If we cannot deliver within the promised time, your refund is started automatically within 48 hours.
- Booking money / advance for pre-orders and special orders is non-refundable once the order has been processed with the supplier (see the Pre-Order Policy), unless we fail to deliver.
- অর্ডার বাতিল বা পণ্য ফেরতের পর আমাদের টিম যাচাই করে রিফান্ড অনুমোদন হলো কি না জানিয়ে দেবে।
- অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড সবসময় যে মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করেছিলেন সেই মাধ্যমেই ফেরত পাঠানো হয়।
- নির্ধারিত সময়ে আমরা পণ্য দিতে না পারলে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে রিফান্ড শুরু হবে।
- প্রি-অর্ডার ও বিশেষ অর্ডারের বুকিং মানি/অগ্রিম সরবরাহকারীর কাছে প্রসেস শুরু হওয়ার পর অফেরতযোগ্য (প্রি-অর্ডার পলিসি দেখুন) — তবে আমাদের ব্যর্থতায় পণ্য দেওয়া না গেলে পুরো টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
2bKash, Nagad, Upay, Rocket & Bangla QRবিকাশ, নগদ, উপায়, রকেট ও বাংলা কিউআর
If you paid in advance with bKash, Nagad, Upay, Rocket or Bangla QR and the cancellation is accepted, the refund is sent within 3 hours during office hours (every day 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
Cancellations after 8:00 PM or on holidays are refunded during office hours on the next working day.
বিকাশ, নগদ, উপায়, রকেট বা বাংলা কিউআর-এ অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করে থাকলে এবং বাতিল গ্রহণ হলে অফিস সময়ে (প্রতিদিন সকাল ১১:০০টা – রাত ৮:০০টা) ৩ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড পাঠানো হয়।
রাত ৮টার পরে বা ছুটির দিনে বাতিল করলে পরবর্তী কার্যদিবসের অফিস সময়ে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।

After approval, the money reaches you in:
- Online payment gateway (cards): 7–15 working days
- Bank transfer: 3 working days
- EMI: 7–15 working days
- Cash on delivery: 3 working days
Working days only — weekends and public holidays are not counted.
অনুমোদনের পর টাকা পৌঁছাতে সময় লাগে:
- অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে (কার্ড): ৭–১৫ কার্যদিবস
- ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার: ৩ কার্যদিবস
- EMI: ৭–১৫ কার্যদিবস
- ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি: ৩ কার্যদিবস
শুধু কার্যদিবস গণনা হয় — সাপ্তাহিক ও সরকারি ছুটি বাদে।
